RACE INFORMATION
Come and test your athletic ability among the fiercest on the ultra-marathon circuit.
The Kosmos 3-in-1 is a unique 73.3 km race, taking place at Lake Umuzi in Secunda. The 73.3 km are broken down into 3 races as follows. 42.2km – starting at 6 am, then runners line up again for the 21.1km starting at 13H00 and line up again at 17H00 for a 10km race. Or build your own distance during the course of the day.

Entries for the 3-in-1 can only be done online and closes on 25 February 2025. A free finisher t-shirt is issued with 3-in-1 entries. No late entries are available for the 3-in-1 event.
Note: Individual entries for all three distances does not count as a 3-in-1 entry.

TEN YEARS CLUB
An elite group of athletes who have taken part in all three distances and completed the Kosmos 3-in-1 for the past ten years.
All athletes completing their 10th, 15th or 20th race will receive a
commemorative jacket.
